Job summary

US&S, Inc. in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems across our client facilities.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, test and recalibrate controls, pumps and valves, and assist with safety procedures. Two to five years of journeyman experience and a HS diploma are preferred; travel is rare.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Two years journeyman level HVAC operation, maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to pass drug screening and obtain security badge.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including compressors, condensers and chillers.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and adjust or repair systems as needed.
• Repair electrical components and test boiler operations and controls.
• Maintain records of time, labor and materials; ensure safety protocols.
