• Install, replace, and modify HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, and related mechanical systems.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, work orders, and scope documents.
• Perform system startups, operational checks, and basic commissioning tasks.
• Coordinate daily activities with service technicians, project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Comply with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Accurately complete required paperwork including work orders, material usage, and time records.
• Communicate progress, delays, or concerns clearly to supervision.
• Support closeout documentation as required for completed projects.
