Thomas & Galbraith in Dayton is seeking HVAC technicians to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, guiding customers to informed decisions with outstanding service. The role emphasizes completing service, tune-ups, and inspections safely and professionally, while maintaining invoices and closeout accuracy.

The candidate should have EPA 608 Type 1&2 certifications, 2+ years of troubleshooting experience, and be able to work on-call.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA 608 Certification Type 1 & 2 is required or preferred.
• Nate Certifications: Core and 2 specialties are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service work, tune-ups, and inspections safely and professionally.
• Take direction from dispatcher and communicate with internal teams.
• Fill out service invoices with 100% accuracy and complete closeout process.
• Keep company vehicle clean and perform paperwork accurately.
• Participate in training to grow professionally.
• On-call availability for service rotation.
