HVAC Licensed & Mechanic Technician

The HVAC Licensed & Mechanic Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This position ensures equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and support facility operations to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Valid HVAC Technician License.
• Technical degree or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• 5‑10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair and in regulated environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment and performing preventive maintenance.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overtime if required.
• Must be able to lift equipment and work in industrial or manufacturing environments.
