Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in chilled water and related building systems.
• Must have working knowledge of chilled water systems and related equipment.
• Good organizational and planning skills with ability to maintain records.
• Effective communication and diplomacy in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain chilled water and hot water systems and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect equipment rooms.
• Service pumps, motors, air handler units, boilers, and chillers.
• Log readings, monitor temperatures, and respond to alarms.
• Attend trainings to stay updated on systems maintenance.
