Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Assist with residential and commercial HVAC installations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Learn troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Operate HVAC tools, instruments, and testing equipment.
• Follow OSHA, safety, and industry regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in the field.
• Complete required apprenticeship and classroom training requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional HVAC experience is preferred, not required
• HVAC trade school or technical education preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification required within first year
• Experience in construction, maintenance, mechanical, or service trades a plus
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and diagnostic tools a plus
