Lincoln Tech in East Windsor, CT is seeking an experienced HVAC instructor to join our team. You will teach hands-on skills and theory, guiding students from zero to landing their first HVAC job in the industry.

We value real-world expertise and a willingness to share it. You will operate in a climate‑controlled facility, with a 4‑day average work week option and a sign‑on bonus for part‑time evenings. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Ability to explain concepts to learners clearly.
• Interest in helping others succeed and grow.
• EPA 608 certification required within first 3 months.
• OSHA 30 certification required within first 3 months.
• CT S1/S2 license holders preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands‑on training in HVAC Technology in our fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited curriculum using Blended Learning Model.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently.
• Teach students about safety and compliance.
• Maintain a professional, visitor‑ready classroom environment.
• Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program.
• Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology.

What you bring:
