You will deliver theoretical and hands-on training, preparing students for HVAC careers while benefiting from our 4-day work week with three-day weekends.

Responsibilities include teaching HVAC technologies, conducting hands-on training, developing engaging lesson plans, monitoring progress, and preparing students for certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC experience.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
