Job summary

Kemnitz Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, service, or repair heating and cooling systems in residences or commercial settings. EPA certification and prior HVAC service experience are required; you should be able to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

You will join a team focused on efficient operation, safety, and high-quality workmanship, with opportunities to advance. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC service technician experience or comparable education.
• EPA Certification.
• Experience with residential and light commercial systems.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Repair or service HVAC systems to improve efficiency (e.g., changing filters, cleaning ducts, refrigerants).
• Establish customer rapport to ensure satisfaction.
• Test pipes or tubes for leaks using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity using electrical test equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
