Job summary

Hammerhead Cooling, LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial settings. You will be a team player who can also work independently, with EPA certification and 5 years of HVAC service experience.

A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40 pounds, and experience with heat pumps, air handlers, and ductless systems are required; you will test systems and ensure customer jobs are completed efficiently and

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as an HVAC service technician.

Responsibilities

• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
