Quality First, part of Seacoast Service Partners, is hiring an HVAC Technician for a on-site role in Pompano Beach, FL. You will diagnose, repair, service, and install HVAC systems, working with high-end equipment and smart controls while delivering quality customer service.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Background check and drug screening required
• Experience installing residential HVAC systems
• Comfortable working with communicating and smart HVAC systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Install residential HVAC systems and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Communicate repair options clearly to customers
• Complete service calls safely and accurately
• Maintain documentation, invoices and service records
• Support Lead Installer with system change-outs and major repairs
