Job summary

Seacoast Service Partners is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service residential and commercial systems in the Palm Beach County area. The role requires EPA certification and a valid Florida driver’s license, with duties including inspections, preventive maintenance, and documenting workmanship in Service Titan.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification from an accredited school or minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid EPA card and Florida driver’s license.
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups.
• Identify repair needs and communicate findings.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
• Document work in Service Titan.
