Job summary

William A. Harrison Inc. is seeking a Control Technician in Oklahoma City to install, service and maintain HVAC control components and related infrastructure on-site.

The role emphasizes safety, hand-on installation, programming and troubleshooting of control devices and software. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or technical training, with 4+ years of HVAC controls experience and familiarity with low voltage wiring, Tridium and TCP/IP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related Associate degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade school or 2 years related experience in construction and/or low voltage installation; IT & TCP/IP experience desirable.
• Tridium experience preferred.
• Requires minimum 4 years HVAC controls experience.

• Responsible for designing, programming, installation and maintenance of control computing hardware and/or software and related infrastructure elements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follows blueprints and/or engineering specifications to install, troubleshoot and maintain control systems infrastructure software and equipment.
• Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products.
• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering diagnostic data and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
