Job summary

Halls Heating and Air is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients, including commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities include installation, diagnostics, routine maintenance, and customer communications. Applicants should bring own tools, have EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Must have your own tools.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Diagnose and repair system issues efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain system issues to clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
