Job summary

UNIFI Healthcare seeks an HVAC technician for both new installations and ongoing maintenance of our equipment portfolio in Augusta, GA. This is a steady, daytime role Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, with the opportunity to manage preventive maintenance scheduling.

Install systems, perform electrical work, diagnose issues, and ensure proper commissioning before handoff. A state HVAC license or journeyman credential and a clean driving record are required; background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on HVAC experience, including new installations.
• State HVAC license or journeyman credential in good standing.
• Comfortable with light electrical work.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Self-direction: plan your week and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems and commission them before you leave.
• Maintain existing units (around 80).
• Handle electrical work: disconnects, thermostats, low-voltage controls.
• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling issues.
• Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
