Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal EPA certification required.
• HVAC Technician license required for Level II.
• 2 years experience in commercial/industrial HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC equipment to ensure day-to-day operations.
• Repairs, installs, and troubleshoots HVAC systems at university properties.
• Repairs HVAC control systems and tests refrigerant circuits.
• Inspects and tests refrigerant systems to diagnose faults.
• Performs seasonal transitions between heating and cooling and preventive maintenance.
