The role supports project teams, plans preventive maintenance and ensures EPA regulation compliance. The position requires an associate degree or technical school, five years in complex buildings, EPA Universal Certification, and knowledge of Trane IntelliPak RTUs and Alerton Controls.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school completed.
• Five years of experience in complex HVAC systems in commercial/institutional buildings.
• EPA Universal Certification required or in hand.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain HVAC equipment across campus.
• Analyze and perform preventive maintenance of systems.
• Coordinate with managers and tenants for shutdowns.
• Maintain records and comply with EPA regulations.
• Order parts and manage vendor relationships.
