Job summary

Billingsley Property Services II, Inc. at Cypress Waters in Coppell, TX is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician to install, repair, and maintain complex HVAC systems across the campus.

You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with the engineering group, and help manage preventive maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or technical training, at least five years' experience in commercial or institutional buildings, and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training required or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in commercial or institutional buildings with complex systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Experience with HVAC controls and safety procedures.
• Strong reading comprehension for procedures and manuals.
• Team leadership and customer-service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC technicians in installs, repairs and maintenance.
• Plan preventive maintenance across campus facilities.
• Coordinate shutdowns with managers and tenants.
• Troubleshoot and modify HVAC systems as needed.
• Maintain records and manage vendor relationships.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and safety rules.
