Job summary

ACIS, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician (HRSM) to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems across office buildings, healthcare facilities, plants, data centers, and cooling facilities in Texas.

You will read wiring diagrams, work with patients, and collaborate with Account Managers and Service Coordinators to ensure timely service. The role requires 2–5 years of HVAC experience, EPA Universal certification, and valid Texas licenses.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Associate's degree, or equivalent experience and training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Current EPA Universal.
• Texas ACR Registered.
• Current Texas TDLR Registration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in commercial facilities.
• Read and understand wiring diagrams.
• Communicate diagnostics and resolutions to clients and team.
• Ensure safe work practices and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with service coordinators for parts and labor.
• Maintain organized company vehicle and timecards.
