Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking skilled HVAC technicians to install, repair, and maintain systems in residential settings across the Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Winston Salem areas.

Qualifications

• Must fill W9 form.
• Must have general liability COI on file.
• Must have up-to-date EPA certification for new refrigerants.
• Must have a truck, van, or SUV with the ability to haul equipment.
• Must have your own tools and be capable of working independently.
• Preferred: 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Conduct diagnostic testing on HVAC systems to identify issues.
• Coordinate with account managers, project managers and dispatchers to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for HVAC projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress with notes and photos on the portal.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring tenant and client satisfaction.
