Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking skilled HVAC technicians to install, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems in Greensboro, Charlotte, Raleigh and Winston Salem. You will diagnose issues, order parts, and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HVAC experience, own tools and a valid license, with strong communication and reliability for local, on-site work.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation and maintenance experience is required.
• EPA refrigerant certification is required for new systems.
• Must fill W-9 form and have General Liability COI on file.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate with account managers and dispatchers to complete jobs on schedule.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for HVAC projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide photos and notes on the portal.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

Requirements

• MUST FILL W9
• MUST HAVE GENERAL LIABILITY COI ON FILE
• MUST HAVE UP TO DATE EPA FOR NEW REFRIGERANTS
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a reliable, punctual attitude!
• Must have a truck, van, or SUV with the ability to haul equipment
• Must have your own tools and be capable of working independently
• Preferred: At least 5+ years of experience in HVAC
• Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to navigate online portal
