Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This fast-paced and rewarding job is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the telecom industry. This is a regional position; candidates should reside within 60 miles of Fitchburg, Massachusetts area.
Additional requirements:
$24.00–$43.00 hourly/DOE. Compensation is influenced by skill set, level of experience, and location. Eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.
