Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This fast‑paced role is for self‑directed, highly motivated individuals who are willing to travel and grow in the telecom industry. Candidates must reside in the Grand Junction, Colorado area.
Hourly rate: $30.00 – $38.00 (DOE). Additional performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem, and other applicable compensation may be provided.
