Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years journey-level experience in the HVAC trade.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM) training.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Supervisor-Plumbing Maintenance, perform skilled work in the installation, repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and systems; determine and schedule preventive maintenance schedule.
