Qualifications
- HVAC certification or licensure required
- At least 1 year of HVAC experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining heating/cooling systems
- Knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment and preventive maintenance practices
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Install and replace HVAC equipment as it ages.
- Perform preventive maintenance and help develop maintenance programs.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with general facilities maintenance as needed
