Job summary

Kendal at Lexington is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our vibrant community. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer-focused service within a campus-based environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year HVAC experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining heating/cooling systems.
Certification or license in HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Install and replace HVAC equipment as it ages.
Perform preventive maintenance and assist with developing HVAC maintenance programs.
Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with general facilities maintenance as needed.
