Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of HVAC and general maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on standard package and split-unit HVAC systems at commercial sites.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, boilers, and ductwork; ensure EPA refrigerant handling compliance.
• Carry out minor plumbing, electrical work, and basic carpentry as needed.
• Use tablets/smartphones to document work orders and communicate with clients.
• Obtain materials, provide estimates for larger projects, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety trainings and meetings.
• Assist with asset inspections and emergency repairs as needed.
