Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is hiring a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Naples, FL. You will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines, with on-call rotation.

You must have EPA Universal Certification, a valid driver’s license, and prior HVAC/R experience. We offer top pay, weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
