Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Bradenton, FL. The role offers $28-$45/hour with weekly pay and a potential sign-on bonus up to $2,500.

The position includes extensive benefits, a take-home company vehicle with gas card, and a path for growth within the company. You will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines, while troubleshooting and performing

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
