Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking an HVAC Technician for a full-time role. You will maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across school district facilities to keep spaces safe, attractive, and functional for students and staff.

The position offers an 8-hour day, 260 days per year, and a starting rate of $30.89 per hour with $31.89 per hour after probation. Qualifications include HVAC certification, hands-on HVAC experience, and familiarity with applicable codes.

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC or equal.
• Must have experience in HVAC.
• Familiar with codes pertaining to this trade and how to apply them.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints, pneumatic drawings, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, and water cooling systems in district facilities.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan and execute work.
• Work safely at all times and coordinate with other trades.
• Install, inspect, and repair HVAC equipment; test and adjust as needed.
• Keep tools and vehicles clean and organized; report material needs.
