Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old at day 1.
• Valid driver’s license for 12+ months with no major violations in 3 years.
• Interest in learning a trade and impacting the world around you.
• Technical HVAC training not required but considered for proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Service products, equipment and systems at customer locations and diagnose repairs.
• Collaborate with supervising field technician, project manager and customers to define on-site installation requirements.
• Use software, hand-tools, and blueprints/engineering specs to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety standards and accountability for company assets.
