Job summary

Trane Technologies invites you to join our four-year nationally registered HVAC Technician Apprenticeship Program (TAP). You will work field-based, assisting seasoned technicians in installation and repair at customer locations, gaining hands-on experience with refrigeration theory and control systems.

As you progress, you’ll benefit from paid instruction time, dedicated mentors, and regular pay increases. Upon completion, you’ll earn a recognized industry credential and be promoted to HVAC

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old at start.
• Valid driver’s license for 12+ months required.
• No industry experience required; HVAC training optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist seasoned Service Technicians with installation and repair at customer sites.
• Coordinate with field technicians and customers to confirm on-site requirements.
• Assist with reading blueprints, specs and using hand-tools for diagnostics and repairs.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain secure company assets.
