Job summary

Charcuterie is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance across facility systems. You will install units, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale metrics.

The role requires reading blueprints, strong leadership, and CMMS proficiency, with a focus on continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives. Candidates should hold R-410A certification and a journey-level license preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS and digital maintenance tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• R-410A Refrigeration Certification required.
• Journeyman’s License in Refrigeration or Pipe Fitting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Install new HVAC units and replacement parts according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure compliance with SQDCM metrics.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS and ensure timely reporting of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and FSQ standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency programs.
