Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years vocational HVAC training or five (5) years of equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Valid HVAC and Refrigerant Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all HVAC systems.
• Assist with HVAC system installations.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain water treatment systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Maintain accurate logs and maintenance records.
• Monitor and adjust property wide temperature controls and set points.
