Job description

Express is looking for a motivated, qualified HVAC Service Technician for our Dayton territory. Salary is negotiable based on experience .

As a HVAC Technician, you will perform routine repairs and maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including air distribution machinery, pneumatic and digital controls, hot and chilled water distribution, and variable volume systems for new and existing customers.

Position Duties

• Performs preventive maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs on both pneumatically controlled and digitally controlled HVAC systems.
• Performs seasonal overhauls and transitions of systems to and from heating / cooling.
• Participates in major component replacement and evaluation of complex system problems under the leadership of a higher-level technician.
• Performs building system repairs in coordination with operators of the centralized Energy Management and Control System.
• Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• Regular and in-person attendance required.

Basic Skills
