Qualifications

  • Current Connecticut S1 or S2 license required (B2 combined with D2 also acceptable).
  • Minimum 3 years of licensed HVAC Technician experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and support faculty and students.
  • 3 years of classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level (preferred).
  • 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience (preferred).
  • Experience developing training programs, mentoring employees, or leading teams (preferred).
  • Passion for workforce development and student success (preferred).

Job Details

As an HVAC Technician you'll help ensure students receive the training and guidance necessary to succeed in the field.
