Overview

We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio. This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service requests, maintenance needs, and project scope, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems (AC units, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats)
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Handle service calls for tenant-occupied and vacant properties
• Install or replace HVAC systems as needed (based on project scope)
• Identify issues and recommend solutions to maintain system performance
• Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC license (State of Florida or applicable certification)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC units independently
• Must have your own tools and equipment
• EPA Certification (preferred/required depending on scope)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
