HVAC Cowboys is hiring a seasoned HVAC Service Technician in Spicewood, TX. You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients within a 35‑mile radius, using ServiceTitan and Conduit Tech.

Formación

• HVAC experience of 6–10 years in service, repair, or installation.
• EPA refrigerant certification and TX HVAC license required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose HVAC issues and propose repair or replacement solutions.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and system testing for quality and efficiency.
• Install systems and upsell services to grow memberships.
• Document work and maintain records using ServiceTitan and Conduit Tech.
• Maintain clean, stocked work vehicle and provide excellent customer service.

Your New Role As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients in Spicewood, TX, and surrounding areas (within a 35-mile radius). You’ll:

• Review and manage daily work orders through ServiceTitan


• Plan routes, gather necessary supplies, and arrive at jobs prepared


• Diagnose HVAC system issues and clearly communicate solutions to customers


• Provide repair and replacement options, upsell services, and grow customer comfort memberships


• Perform repairs, maintenance, and system testing to ensure quality and efficiency


• Document all work performed and maintain organized records using ServiceTitan & Conduit Tech


• Keep your work truck clean, well-stocked, and ready for the next job


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every call

Job Requirements

• Experience: 6-10 years in HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and installation


• Licenses/Certifications: EPA Certification (Refrigerant EPA & TX HVAC License required)


• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Skills & Attributes

• Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills


• Ability to upsell and explain services to customers


• Comfortable using ServiceTitan and other digital tools
