Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC technician to perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial systems in Texas. You will troubleshoot malfunctions, determine needed repairs, and keep work areas clean and safe. We value professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication.

3+ years of experience, EPA and TDLR licenses are required; NATE preferred. Competitive hourly pay from $20 to $30 and flexible scheduling available through franchise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have prior HVAC technician experience; 3+ years preferred.
• EPA Certification and TDLR HVAC License required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs.
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.

Job Summary

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• EPA Cerftification
• TDLR HVAC LICENSE
• 3+ years experience.
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
