Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HVAC Technician to join a leading commercial real estate and facilities management organization. The role supports building occupants and site operations from the Facilities Operations team.

The successful candidate will bring strong customer service, a self-driven work ethic, and problem-solving skills to ensure reliable HVAC and building maintenance. This position is on-site with regular day shifts and opportunities for extension or longer employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial or residential multi-family maintenance experience.
• Experience with general maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing, and light carpentry.
• Basic computer and tablet skills, including experience using Outlook.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing ladders, and stooping.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $34.19/hour
