The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role involves diagnosing system issues, performing routine maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations, and recommending energy‑efficient solutions to clients. The position requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering reliable, code‑compliant, and cost‑effective service.

If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to hard hats, steel‑toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness.
Job is performed in outdoor settings inclusive of walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. The job is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
