Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking an HVAC Technician to support maintenance, repair, and performance of HVAC and refrigeration systems across Nouria convenience store locations in the Northeast and Carolinas.

Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel between sites. A High School diploma and trade school coursework are required, EPA certification is preferred but Nouria will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Trade School certificate preferred and EPA universal certification beneficial.
• 1-3 years of work experience in HVAC or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls for Nouria HVAC/R systems across assigned sites.
• Use HVAC hand tools and multimeters; perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting safely.
• Coordinate with the Nouria HVAC/R Manager for call prioritization and parts ordering.
• Maintain professionalism and travel between multiple sites as required.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and work from ladders as needed.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and use company vehicle for site visits.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician in and around Walterboro SC, and surround territories of St George, Grover, Ladson, Harleysville, Yemasee, Ridgeland and Hampton SC to support the maintenance, repair, and performance of HVAC and refrigeration-related systems across our convenience store (C-Store) locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment for customers and employees in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, works well independently, and is comfortable traveling between multiple sites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls. Calls are dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager who will assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies.
• Ability to use HVAC hand tools and multimeters; must provide basic tools – Nouria will purchase additional tools/ (specialty) items as needed.
• Perform general maintenance and basic repairs/ troubleshooting in a safe and efficient manner.
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Flexibility to learn multiple different refrigeration systems and HVAC systems.
• Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record; a company work van will be provided.
• Ability to work with/ on ladders.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Ability to lift 40lbs+.
• Perform other duties as required and/ or assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma required.
• Trade School certificate required.
• EPA universal certification preferred, Nouria is willing to train and send to school.
• 1-3 years of work experience preferred.
