Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation seeks an HVAC Technician to support HVAC and refrigeration systems across our convenience store locations in Walterboro, SC and surrounding areas. You will travel between sites to perform maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, can work independently, and is willing to travel. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 40 lbs are required; 40 hours/week are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Trade school certificate required.
• EPA universal certification preferred; Nouria is willing to train and send to school.
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls.
• Use HVAC hand tools and multimeters; provide basic tools.
• Perform general maintenance and basic repairs/troubleshooting.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Travel between multiple sites to support C-store HVAC systems.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician in and around Walterboro SC, and surround territories of St George, Grover, Ladson, Harleysville, Yemasee, Ridgeland and Hampton SC to support the maintenance, repair, and performance of HVAC and refrigeration‑related systems across our convenience store (C‑Store) locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment for customers and employees in a fast‑paced retail setting. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, works well independently, and is comfortable traveling between multiple sites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level.

• Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls. Calls are dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager who will assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies
• Ability to use HVAC hand tools and multimeters; must provide basic tools – Nouria will purchase additional tools/ (specialty) items as needed
• Perform general maintenance and basic repairs/ troubleshooting in a safe and efficient manner
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism
• Flexibility to learn multiple different refrigeration systems and HVAC systems
• Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record; A company work van will be provided
• Ability to work with/ on ladders
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Ability to lift 40lbs+
• Perform other duties as required and/ or assigned
• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma required
• Trade School certificate required
• EPA universal certification preferred, Nouria is willing to train and send to school
• 1-3 years of work experience preferred
