Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation seeks a reliable HVAC Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and performance of HVAC and refrigeration systems at our C-store locations. The role covers Walterboro, SC and surrounding areas, with travel between sites and a company van provided.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, a Trade School certificate, and 1–3 years of experience; EPA universal certification is preferred and Nouria offers training opportunities.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician in and around Walterboro SC, and surround territories of St George, Grover, Ladson, Harleysville, Yemasee, Ridgeland and Hampton SC to support the maintenance, repair, and performance of HVAC and refrigeration‑related systems across our convenience store (C‑Store) locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment for customers and employees in a fast‑paced retail setting. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, works well independently, and is comfortable traveling between multiple sites.

Essential Functions

• Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls. Calls are dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager who will assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies
• Ability to use HVAC hand tools and multimeters; must provide basic tools – Nouria will purchase additional tools/ (specialty) items as needed
• Perform general maintenance and basic repairs/ troubleshooting in a safe and efficient manner
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism
• Flexibility to learn multiple different refrigeration systems and HVAC systems
• Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record; A company work van will be provided
• Ability to work with/ on ladders
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Ability to lift 40lbs+
• Perform other duties as required and/ or assigned
• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma required
• Trade School certificate required
• EPA universal certification preferred, Nouria is willing to train and send to school
• 1-3 years of work experience preferred
• JOB RELATED SKILLS
• Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy
