HVAC Technician Qualifications

• Previous HVAC Technician or HVAC Service Technician experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current HVAC license or certification.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work plans.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
