Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club located in Mid-Beach is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems across our oceanfront property. You will manage preventive maintenance schedules and drive reliability of building systems to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate brings 2-5 years in hotel or resort maintenance, with HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, light carpentry, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment.
• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Certification in pool operation preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install hotel mechanical and electrical systems.

Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer and help us maintain the highest standards of quality and safety at our luxurious hotel/resort! As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of our hotel's mechanical and electrical systems, as well as managing preventive maintenance schedules.
