Job summary

D&F Industries, Inc. is seeking HVAC technicians in the McAllen area to install, modify and service commercial heating and cooling systems. You will assess plans, gather tools, maintain safety, and ensure proper ductwork installation and system performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of duct installation or related HVAC experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and own basic hand tools. The role is on-site with weekly pay and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of duct installation or related commercial HVAC experience.
• Own hand tools; company provides specialty tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare necessary tools and materials for the job site.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; secure materials, tools and equipment at day end.
• Install, alter, or repair commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and test systems for leaks, airflow and overall performance.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install ductwork per blueprints and specifications.
• Perform other project duties as assigned by crew leader or foreman.

• Inspect & test systems for leaks, airflow, and overall performance
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install ductwork for commercial HVAC systems according to blueprints and specifications
• Perform other project related duties assigned by crew leader or foreman

Desired Qualifications
