Job summary

TSP talent is seeking an HVAC Technician II to support Engineering & Maintenance within Facilities & Maintenance operations in New Hampshire. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment; perform preventative maintenance on chillers, boilers, RTUs, and ventilation systems.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, ensure energy-efficient operation, document all activities in a CMMS, and uphold safety practices and high-quality workmanship while servicing varied

Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial HVAC systems and related mechanical/electrical components.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple HVAC equipment types.
• Ability to follow safety practices and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with CMMS documentation.
