Job summary

West Shore is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair heating and cooling systems at our apartment community. You will clean air quality equipment, perform maintenance procedures, and provide emergency repairs when necessary.

The role involves troubleshooting issues, conducting performance tests with specialized tools, and traveling to different sites to ensure HVAC units run smoothly while prioritizing tasks based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive to different locations.
• State licensing for HVAC technicians if required; HVAC program certification/degree may be required.

Responsibilities

• Discuss repair/replacement options with supervisor or Regional team when it comes to heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot issues with a current system as they are identified
• Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings
