West Shore is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems across multiple sites. The role involves cleaning air quality equipment, performing routine maintenance, and providing emergency repairs as needed.

You will troubleshoot, perform installations, and prioritize calls based on business needs while ensuring HVAC units run smoothly at all times. A valid driver’s license and state licensing where required are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• State licensing as required for HVAC technicians in your area.
• Certification or associate degree from an HVAC program at a technical school.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Discuss repair/replacement options with supervisor or Regional team.
• Troubleshoot issues with a current system as they are identified.
• Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings.
• Travel to different sites throughout the day and diagnose problems.
